  • Type: Grappa made from grapes grown for wine "Maradea ", Ciro Rosso Classico superiore riserva.
  • Degree of alcohol: 40% vol.
  • Grapevine: Gaglioppo 100%.
  • Production area: Calabria region, in the province of Crotone, Ciro Marina resort "Timpa Bianca".
  • Soil: white clay.
  • Altitude: from 50 meters to 100 meters above sea level.
  • Climate: Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot, dry summer.
  • Aging: six months aging in bottle.
  • Distillation: obtained by distillation of grape pomace of fresh gaglioppo, distilled in a boiled water "bagno maria" with a traditional copper pot still.
  • Sensory features: Scent: delicate scent on the nose with floral notes similar to the elder, with hints of fruit of white clay (peach,apple) and a touch of herbs. Taste: mellow taste with a harmonious aroma of the characteristics of the vine Gaglioppo.
  • Serving temperature: can be enjoyed fresh from 12 to 14 degrees.
